- Good Book with Limitations
- This is a good book to get you started on your sushi career. It has lots of valuable tips on what you need and the procedures, but once you get that under your belt, I found the recipes could be less 'poofy' and more substantial. - Sushi for Dummies
- Excellent book! it really covers everything and more that you need to know about making sushi! Easy and fun to read. It covers everything, from how to pronounce some needed words, what materials you need, where to buy them (not very useful unless you live in the USA), how to prepare rice, to exotic recipes. It is just great! More reviews

- Great even for non-dummies!
- Don't let the title fool you -- this is the best book I've seen for explaining how to make sushi rolls for the first time. I had never done one before, or even seen it done, and this book had me making rolls in just a few minutes. No, they weren't all perfect, but practice helps too! More reviews
