- Excellent and practical handbook for the advanced amateur.
- This is a God -sent handbook for anyone who has used SLR cameras with old-fashion films, and who now is moving over to digital SLR. Right, this particular book is for the Canon 400D, which is not the newest on the shelves, but I bought my 400D second hand and was determent to get the maximum out of my purchase.

- I purchased this book on 10th Nov 08. Before buying this book I also purchased a guide for Canon Rebel XTI by David D. Busch. Since I have two books from different authors, I can compare it better. - The book itself is so-so, but the illustration samples are just terrible, like if they were taken by a 6-year old kid. This excellent camera deserves a better and more thorough publication.
