- Worthy of 4 stars but there are a few that are more comprehensive... Since I was using it for a business reference I should have looked for one of those.

- Nice book. I liked it when I purchased it for my chef son-in-law that I decided to get one for myself. A must have for anyone who wishes to learn more about using spices and herbs in cooking and preparing delicious meals.

- I love this book! It is a great reference for herbs and spices and would be a valuable addition to any foodie, culinary enthusiast, herbalist, or kitchen alchemist's collection. The recipes provided for each spice are lovely and the book's organization is easy to use and logically presented. You can't go wrong with this amazing book.
