Way too much food
This program required you to eat 6 meals a day. Calories around 1600. My husband and I were doing this diet together and after one month, we both gained 3 pounds. I cut calories for each day to prevent gaining since I knew that 1600 would be way too much.I fixed the recipes exactly as required, no extra amounts. We couldn't eat all that…   More reviews

I cannot say enough about how wonderful "The Abs Diet for Women" is. It's not really fair to call it a diet book. This is really a "learn an incredible amount of information about nutrition and learn how to live a healthy life" book.
