- Very easy to read, and delicious recipes. My husband and I are on week 4 and we're losing weight and inches. Even after we're done with the 6 weeks, we'll continue to eat better and use the recipes. I learned which foods to eat, and how much to eat of them. More reviews

- The book on the whole is okay. Unfortunately almost all the recipes in the book are meant for non-vegetarians. Too bad they barely have any vegetarian or vegan versions.
