This is what I call a COMPLETE book...meaning the information is practical, very informative, extremely detailed. It covers everything from what you should eat, why you should eat it, how to prepare it, how to exercise, when to exercise, etc. Above all, the author encourages you to success! You can do it!

Very easy to read, and delicious recipes. My husband and I are on week 4 and we're losing weight and inches. Even after we're done with the 6 weeks, we'll continue to eat better and use the recipes. I learned which foods to eat, and how much to eat of them. …   More reviews

This book is exciting to read, giving excellent examples and practice to succeed. If you enjoy taking charge of managing your weight and body strength, this is it. Not for Vegetarians!
The book on the whole is okay. Unfortunately almost all the recipes in the book are meant for non-vegetarians. Too bad they barely have any vegetarian or vegan versions.
