The BEST workout video around...: I highly recommend this workout video; it's not too hard and not too easy---- it's just right for people who want a really top-notch workout.

best workout I've seen: I've been using this video for years. I have several others, but they were all too stressful. I hope it is rereleased soon.: This is a fun, all over workout. You really feel like you have had an aerobic workout plus muscletoning in a reasonable amount of time.
