- Robson Banda and the New Black Eagles sucessfully mix mbira-based rhythms with Congolese and Zimbabwean dance influences. Less soulful and haunting than their chimurenga counterpart Thomas Mapfumo, RB and the NBE's Greatest Hits provides good tunes ranging from sweet lilting guitar licks to fast-paced picking. - I bought it by mistake...but didn't return it
- Somehow I accidentally added this album to my cart and didn't notice it until after it arrived. I was about to return it to Amazon, but decided to listen to it anyway. What a great find!
Robson Banda's music is reggae like with a great beat and fun melodies. Easy to listen to (even if you can't understand the lyrics) while working. More reviews
