Karen Warren (Travis) is a beautiful hostage negotiator trying to escape a tragic past. But this time, Karen gets a second chance. Stumbling upon an isolated research center, Karen meets a brilliant young scientist (Whaley) and discovers a top-secret device that gives her the opportunity to stop the savage rampage before it begins!

- Little value on any level except there is Time Travel
- Retroactive is an ugly movie to sit through. Not only are there harsh, awkward scenes that are torture to watch, but you are forced to view them again and again as someone goes back in time.
