I bought this guitar as a birthday present for my 3 year old. I had no expectations for it whatsoever. I bought it to be a toy guitar, she's not capable of knowing the difference yet and I thought this would be a great way for her to learn.

- I have been reading the reviews of kids smashing these guitars -- which is of course amusing.
DO NOT buy any guitar for little kids unless you are going to spend time with them. Teach them to not treat it as a toy. Don't just hand it over to them -- of course they will use it as a blunt instrument. OF COURSE the strings will be off… More reviews
