Great little steam vacuum
This is a replacement for the same steam vac which we had worn out over a number of years and much use. It's a great, convenient, easy-to-use spot remover; we even used it for general carpet cleaning from time to time.

Easy and works great
I have four cats and need clean their mess all the time.
This product is easy to handle and works great.
The only thing....I can't use this after my son went to bed...because it makes loud sound.

Great On Cat Barf!
Truly, the only reason that I decided that I needed a small steam cleaner was to facilitate cleaning up my cat's inevitable hairball byproducts. Just remove the chunks and get to work!
I recently purchased new carpet for my house, in a fashionable greige color (gray+beige), and realized that I would probably be unsuccessful in trying to train my cat to barf only on linoleum.
So instead of the constant aggravation, I decided to find an easy way to deal with the barf spots. This little wonder is it!
I decided to purchase this product after doing extensive research on the Internet. The main complaint that other owners had was that it was noisy. But hey - it's a STEAM CLEANER! Ever rent one of those big ones at the grocery store? Well, the Hoover SteamVac Jr. is quieter than those. I can tolerate the noise for the five minutes that it takes to clean a spot.
The Hoover SteamVac Jr. is easy to use, and although the water tank looks like it holds about a gallon, I've never needed to fill it more than a quarter full. Only a few drops of soap in the water are needed to clean the offending spot. I usually follow with a rinse of clean water to make sure any soap residue is gone. The suction is very good (unlike that reported by owners of other small steam cleaners). Overall, it does a great job. You won't be disappointed!

Great Little Cleaner
I bought this in February to clean up after my cat who has been having litter box issues, and didn't want to bring out the big steam cleaner for just small areas. Since I have gotten the cleaner, I have used it in the car and in the house. It has picked up the stains and cleaned great. Great suction and the solution and dirty water tanks have been more than big enough to handle my cleaning jobs. Filling the solution tank and cleaning the machine after use is very easy. I am very happy with this machine. Good size, compact and doesn't take up very much room to store it when not using.

I have not had a need to use this yet, but I have comfort knowing it is there when I will need it.
