- not good with high rugs
- Very very poor vacuum for high rugs... had to replace it with a bissell that did a much better job (still loving the bissell by the way..). after using the hoover twice, it started to lose suction and spit the dust and everything else right back out. was such a pain.... More reviews

- I bought this vacuum about nine months ago. If you read all the reviews posted you get the tale of two vacuums - one with really good suction and one with poor quality construction. Guess what, the vacuum has really good suction, does a great job on rugs and pet hair. But the hinge on the cover… More reviews
