With this 18-inch fish poacher from Progressive International, you can cook up halibut steaks, salmon filets, or whole stuffed trout without having to heat up the oven or dry out the fish. Designed for gas or electric stoves, the poacher rests across two stovetop burners for even heat and good steam distribution. It features generous proportions and comes with a removable grill insert on raised feet. The lid, which has its own handles, flips over to double as a broiling pan. With the lid on, the poacher's double handles line up to give you extra strength while toting a heavy load of fish.
