- As a former Marine, I endorse this motivating, dedicating, memory making album from #1 to #34. Brings back so many memories. This album motivates me to keep running strong! "1 mile, no way. 2 mile, no sweat. 3 mile, getting there. 4 mile, ooh rah! 5 mile, oh yeah!! PAIN! In my side - I don't care, I like it there..." LOL

- This is a great CD to have in your MP3 collection for running. Was at PI in 1994 - 1st Bt. D Co. (Plt 1161) and this is the real deal. I have all 3 volumes; all are great! I personally like this volume best. More reviews
- Time travel for an Ex-Marine

- It's a very good album of cadence. Though, tracks 15-19 are incorrectly titled.
Get the other albums to complete your cadence needs. They total 87 tracks. It's very nice for people who want to learn a few new cadence. Sure, people may think you're a bit off if you listen to it in your car on an 8 hour drive and know all… More reviews
