One of WMF's high-quality wine accessories, this glass decanter fits securely into its stainless-steel stand to resemble the classic duck shape prized for decanters. The decanter holds one 750-milliliter bottle of red wine and can be removed from the stand to sit upright on its own. A recess in the decanter's bottom permits the lower end of the stand's handle to snap firmly into the decanter so it won't slip while wine is poured. The stand's stainless steel is high-grade 18/10 polished to a mirror finish. Both decanter and stand are dishwasher-safe, but wiping with a cloth better preserves the stand's bright finish. — Fred Brack
