- This is a great product. I haven't cut pizza with it yet 'cause I need it to cut other kinds of products. I am a pastry chef and i think this product is excellent. The blade is so thin it doesn't scar my pate a fruit also i torch it to cut frozen ganache and when i wash it clean there are no burn marks, just like new. Love it! More reviews
