- I use Mucinex to reverse the symptoms of Fibromyalgia according to Dr. St. Amand's protocol. It is very effective, and many have already had great results. - Be sure to try this stuff (I would suggest at the advice of a physician) if you have allergies. It was prescribed for me for a different reason, but I found that it relieved the chest tightness that I have associated with my allergies.
