AC/DC's 1980 album digitally remastered and reissued in a special digipak plus a 16 page full color booklet containing all original album art, many unpublished photos, classic memorabilia and new 2003 liner notes. Epic.
Most critics complain Back in Black, the album AC/DC recorded after the death of their original lead screamer Bon Scott, is ridiculously juvenile, obvious, snickering, bludgeoning, derivative, single-minded about sex and booze, a big cartoon. All true, of course, and — on rock 'n' ragers like "What Do You Do For Money Honey," "You Shook Me All Night Long," and the title track — all great. As Scott's replacement Brian Johnson reminds us, loud and crunchy, no-holds-barred "rock and roll ain't noise pollution...it makes good, good sense." Never trust anyone who refuses to drink domestic beer, laugh at the Three Stooges, or crank Back in Black. — David Cantwell

- THE GREATEST HARD ROCK ALBUM OF ALL TIME!
- Actually, Led Zeppelin's catalog surpasses any other band's in terms of musical quality, but for an album that is focused on balls to the wall hard rock, Back in Black is IT. Nearly every song is killer, no filler. Well, for me "Let Me Put My Love Into You Baby" and "Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution" are kind of lame, but the strength More reviews
- A Classic
- This is the Quintessential AC/DC album. Anyone who has heard an AC/DC song has probably heard one of the many hits from this album. I haven't gone to a wedding or Company Xmas party(with a DJ) where I haven't heard at least "You Shook Me All Night Long"! More reviews
- 5 Stars...c'mon, was there ever any doubt?
- AC/DC is one of those rare bands that all these years later, I can honestly say that I still enjoy listening to--almost as much as I did when I first heard it back in '80. It's also one of the ONLY bands that bring me and my oldest son together...something I cannot say about the music MY Father used to listen to.

- Bon who??
- Best album by ACDC I loved Bon Scott but Brian Johnson is a one in a million replacement. Its so rare for lightning to strike twice for a group after a lead singer goes but here it did. 5 stars best of the best!!!!!! More reviews
