favorite pan: I adore this saute pan. Great size, long handle that doesn't get hot (though the support one on the other side does) with good capacity. Despite being stainless and NOT non-stick (which is much better from a culinary standpoint), it is very easy to clean! Haven't had to do any long soaking once yet. More reviews
