Perfect griddle for Indian Dosa, Chapthi: This is really good for making Indian Dosa,Chapathi.The only reason why iI gave a 4 stars is that the handle heats up too and thats why remember never to touch the handle while cooking, it burns your fingers. this is what I have looked for !: There is nothing to say but "great product".
I find that I use less oil in this griddle than in the normal coated pan.
Less oil but cooked out great taste.
