Nice Pan: I took another reviewer's advice & wet-sanded this griddle with 800 grit paper to make it extra smooth & then re-seasoned it. It has made fabulous grilled sandwiches, french toast, eggs and pancakes. It seems to work a bit better than my (very) old cast iron skillet I think due to that fact that it's a little thicker.
