Unreliable product, poor service network.
Go to Home Depot and buy a Devilbiss. This thing was a waste of money.

Complete waste of money and time
I researched carefully (or so I thought) and bought a K2400HH from an e-tailer for [$$$] with shipping. The unit worked great for about 6 months. It failed suddenly while cleaning a deck. The first service center (20 miles away) said they couldn't find a problem. The second (30 miles away) is waiting for the company to "approve" a warranty repair on the pump. They've had it for three weeks already. The washer has been down for almost two months. Karcher "hotline" is always busy. Totally disgusted with this product.

An excellent pressure washer... for its price.
It's hard to find a really well made pressure washer at in this price range. I've found that a lot of the features that make a "great" pressure washer will only be found in commercial grade units costing [more]. The Karcher 2400HH, however, has a lot of features that make it a good performer for less [money].

1. Karcher makes its own pump unit with a brass case. Most of the other machines in this price range have a third party plastic pump unit.

2. An easy starting and extremely dependable Honda engine.

I don't have the same difficulty changing the oil that the two reviewers below did. Maybe Honda and/or Karcher have since changed the product design on my unit. The engine has TWO oil drain plugs, one on either side of the washer frame. Below one of those plugs the frame has a 3 inch square cut out through which you would drain the oil.

This machine has made simple work out of cleaning my 200 plus feet of driveway, three cars, a motorcycle, and an aircraft.

My only gripes are:

a storage rack or device that holds the hose and wand more securely when not in use would be helpful. Also, a place to store the detergent intake hose would be good.

The rack for storing the nozzle assortment does not hold the nozzles very securely. They vibrate loose pretty quickly.

Solid Performer, BUT. . .
I couldn't agree more with the first reviewer regarding the design flaws, but I believe in lower grades for such wanton stupidity. The owners' manual rightly harps on the importance of checking the oil and of periodically changing the oil. However, given the placement of the dipstick and the drain plug, they may as well have told us to check the cylinder valves (that would perhaps be easier). To avoid spilling oil on your garage floor or driveway when you change the oil, you almost have to remove the engine. Perhaps the designer could pay me a visit and demonstrate how it works, and wipe up the inevitable oil spills with his shirt.
There. . . I feel better now. :-)

Killer results!
I did a lot of research before buying this machine and I am thrilled!! It literally cleans everything it touches, very simple to get hooked up and starts up with one pull! Also, adding any type of detergent cleaner is a breeze. Simply drop the flexible hose into the open bottle of cleaner and attach the saop nozzle. It rocks! There is a tray with holes that is designed to hold all five nozzles. That part is a great idea; however, they do not sit securely and can easily fall off. Otherwise, I cleaned my deck in 45 minutes, lawn furniture, my driveway. Totally worth the money and is a medium duty machine, which is more than most people need unless you have to blow paint off a fence. Great purchase, but having trouble finding the accessories for the pipe clean and the 80" extension wand.
