- This griddle is exactly what I wanted. I make French toast at least once a week, using the round loaves of French bread, sliced, and thay take up quite a bit of room on the cooking surface. - This griddle works great! I put it across my 2 burners on med-low heat and only had to spray the surface one time with my Misto Olive Oil sprayer, also from Amazon. - Calphalon has become my favorite brand of cookware. Although I prefer the company's traditional hard-anodized professional line, I bought this nonstick double griddle because Calphalon does not make a fully hard-anodized griddle. The rectangular pan easily covers two burners and is great for making pancakes, grilled sandwiches, eggs - whenever you need a large flat cooking surface.
