- I have expected a better quality from Calphalon products but this one is really not up to par. The rack and the container just don't seem match one another (size wise). - I have only just unpacked the roaster from its box, and I'm sad to report that one of the lifters already lost a tine in shipping. Upon close inspection, the lifters seem pretty fragile, so I can't imagine that one could really do much maneuvering of a turkey with them. - I used the pan for Thanksgiving and then again for Christmas. I loved it and it did very well for gravy. I was concerned since I had a Calphalon sauté pan that is terrible... but I am very happy with this pan for roasts and turkeys. Next I will try lasagna in it.… More reviews
