- Product (Pyle Pro cassette deck) received in timely manner and in good condition.
Had a small problem re operation and contacted seller. NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER.

- inexpensive and average
- affordable. I don't understand the noise reduction. It's not documented very well. The B deck is not good for playing tapes because it hums. Seems to record fine. The "A" deck plays good. Good deck for typical use

- I liked the dual deck video recorder
- It was easy to install and to operate. I have already used it quite a few hours and am well pleased with the product.

- Not a good deal
- Ordered this deck as a gift. Never heard of Pyle before. Now I know why. This deck looks cheap with its tacky blue graphics. Right out of the box, the power switch didn't work. It has a one-year limited warranty, BUT you have to send it to the manufacturer at your expense, and send $20 for return shipping. Why would anyone spend $30+ on shipping for an item that arrived defective? It's going back to Amazon, and I'll buy a brand I recognize and trust.
