Care and Use For maximum insulation efficiency: pre-heat or pre-cool your mug/bottle just prior to use, fill with hot/cold tap water, attach lid, let stand for 5 to 10 minutes and empty. After filling, cover the mug/bottle with the lid to increase thermal efficiency. Use a soft cloth or moistened sponge with a mild dishwashing liquid to remove exterior dirt. Wash and rinse mug/bottle thoroughly after each use. Do not use bleach or cleaners containing chlorine to clean mug/bottle. Dairy or other food products that spoil easily should not be kept in the mug/bottle for prolonged periods. CAUTION: Keep out of children's reach when mug/bottle contains hot liquids. Good product, could use some refinements: A well-functioning and sturdy product, but could be improved. The stopper is plastic, which means the liquid inside could be in contact with it for hours. The outside of the cup is stainless steel, but the inside is also plastic, which means you're drinking out of a plastic cup.
