- I bought my fryer two years ago. I'm an avid outdoor cook but could not get this thing to create the impressive fried turkey that everyone talks about. Just fried up 2 Turkeys they were delicious, took about 30 minutes to assemble all parts and screwes were there, no short ones that were stated in previous reviews. - Works great, but paint burns...
- Bought this in anticipation of having a crawfish boil. Ended up trying it out as a deep fryer a couple of weekends before (fried a 16 lb turkey and some other random things). It worked great! We then had the crawfish boil, and again it worked wonderfully. As an outdoor cooker, I had no problems with it at all.
