- I was looking for a good pot in which to cook one dish meals. It is perfect! Sage-and-Onion Chicken and Sausage from a cooking show [...] worked wonderfully in this pan.
The pan is heavy enough not to warp, holds the steam in well, cleans easily, and is a good small / medium family size.

- Exactly what I wanted-
- I've been "making do" for years by using a full-sized (turkey) roasting pan for much-smaller roasts and birds, but could tell it was less than optimal; purchased this stainless-steel roaster to handle the day-to-day, normal-sized meals and have been completely satisfied. The oddly shaped handle layout seems slightly awkward at first, but you quickly get used to the different feel. The tightly-fitted lid seals well, and can also be used for tasks such as searing or finishing gravies. Two thumbs up on this product!
