Versatile, durable pan!: I was looking for a rack that would fit inside a cookie sheet when I came across this great pan from Chicago Metallic. SMALL roasting pan, but good.: I wanted a pan which would fit in my kitchen sink, so that it would be easy to clean and I would be thus more likely to use it. Well, this is the pan. It cleans very easily due to the non-stick coating, and it is definitely broiler-safe, even on the top-rack. It is very small, at only 9x13. But that can be a benefit for couples or small families.
