- Super Pan
- This is one of those pans everyone should own. I bought it to use in the top part of my dual oven GE Profile, but it could be used in any oven. It cleans up nice, is very well made. The rack can be used with the handles up or folded down. A do everything baking pan!

- Versatile, durable pan!
- I was looking for a rack that would fit inside a cookie sheet when I came across this great pan from Chicago Metallic. The rack fits perfectly inside the pan for roasting things like chicken pieces and pork chops and has nice handles that tuck away, if you don't need them. The pan will also nicely accommodate a chicken or turkey breast. Remove the rack and you have a terrific, non-stick pan for lasagna and other casseroles. Overall, a great product!

- SMALL roasting pan, but good.
- I wanted a pan which would fit in my kitchen sink, so that it would be easy to clean and I would be thus more likely to use it. Well, this is the pan. It cleans very easily due to the non-stick coating, and it is definitely broiler-safe, even on the top-rack. It is very small, at only 9x13. But that can be a benefit for couples or small families.

- Just Great
- I've been looking for the perfect boiler pan for simply ever. Forgive my lapse of english. It was just impossible to find until I found this Chicago Metallic Professional Roast N' Broil brolier pan. Beware, you cannot broil a turkey in this pan, but since I would never want to do so, that is not a problem. I LOVE IT. It is perfect.

- Can one use it on a gas range too?
- The reviews here have made me want to buy this pan but what I really need is a pan that will work both in an oven and on a gas range. Has anyone used it on a gas range? How does it stand up to an open flame? Thank you.
