- I am a hardwood contractor. The first couple weeks this unit ran fine. After that I've only had problems with it. First off, this unit needs a large power supply to run (more than 15 amps which you can only get a certain outlets), otherwise it will just cut off. - I have to update my previous review, which I gave the compressor 1 star. I would now give it 3 stars. I gave it one star because I was having trouble with the regulator at the time. But I had let a friend borrow it, and he turned the pressure up so high it broke something in the regulator. I have since put a new one on, and it has been working… More reviews

- I am a contractor. My Hitachi air compressor broke down after 3 month. Hitachi support team could not direct me to the right repair shop address the issue. It looks like to pay from my own pocket to fix it even though it is still under warrantty. Don't buy this. More reviews
