Chicken Beer Roaster
When I purchased this item and read the instructions, I was doubtful. But I tried making a roasting chicken with beer and this was the moistest chicken I've ever had. The meat fell off the bones and it was extremely tender. I like that you can use other items too - juice, wine, or probably soup stock. I highly recommend this product.Cameron Cookware Chicken Beer Roaster

Cooking Aid
Mere words cannot express the taste of chicken cooked with this roaster.
A definite must for any person serious about "good" tasting (moist & flavourful)chicken.
Clean-up is easy, just pop it in the diswasher and it comes out looking just like it did out of the box!
