- I bought this to replace an older Fuji type that I bought about 4 years ago. I think my turbine is the Super. My turbine and hose was fine, so thought I'd give this new gun a try. It looks like the old style but what a difference!! There is very little overspray and not having the gun discharge air full time really helps. The modification to my turbine (3/16") hole on the discharge was simple. I sprayed oil base primer last weekend and sprayed a black oil base finish today. It was very easy to adjust and control and easy to clean. I also noticed the hose does not get hot, so you're not spraying with hot air.
