Good Quality
I purchased these to go with an existing set that was purchased years ago. I was concerned they may not match because the brand name was different but it was the same style of dishes. They do all match "A Christmas Story" dishes and I am very pleased with the quality.

Love my Plates!
I needed four more plates to complete my set, but couldn't find them anywhere. Then I checked Amazon.com and there they were! I ordered and received my plates in just a few days. Just in time for Christmas Dinner.
Thanks Amazon for the prompt and professional service.

What fun Christmas dishes
I love the pictures and verses on these plates. The Christmas Story is told complete on 16 plates - two verse lines on each plate. The colors are vivid and the pictures are absolutely delightful. These dishes are so much fun to use on Christmas day.
I am not sure if they are hand painted or not. Also, not sure if they are safe to put in the dishwasher. This information would be helpful.
The only reason I did not rate the plates 5 was because they do not stack evenly. The stack was rough looking - looked like inexpensive dinnerware stacked. Also, the trim painted on the edge of the plates was not always the same - some plates showed more white. A good quality set would have been the same on all plates. You would think a company planning a series of dinnerware would make sure the design was consistant.
But, in spite of this I love the dishes and will be ordering completer pieces.
