Bad Purchase: Had a manual press and top flew off each time I pressed out a cookie so upgraded to an electric one. What a mistake. The thing had no power, took forever to reverse and the cookies were teeny. It took me two hours to get little tiny cookies. I'll look for a good quality hand press next time. weak motor: It takes me over 20 seconds to produce 1 cookie from this, and I used an incredibly soft dough. After being fed up with it, I decided to try something a bit stronger than 4 AA batteries. Put your earplugs in!: This thing is the pits! I was so excited because my neighbor found this for me after my regular Wilton cookie press broke after only 2 trays of trees...I must be cursed!
