- My troubles began after the team changed from Comcast to Verizon. My laptop went online immediately, but the work horse, my desk top, kept loosing the signal (both OS is Vista). - This is a great product. It was easy to install on my Dell Computer. I called my cable carrier first to help me set it up. They could not help me she confused me more than if I tried on my own.
