Bring back the golden age of the martini with this swanky bullet cocktail shaker. Featuring an award-winning Art Deco design from the 1930's, the 4-pc. shaker is great for mixing a variety of classic drinks like Cosmopolitans or Bloody Marys, and new-fangled ones, too. Exquisitely cast in 18/8 stainless steel, the device breaks down into 4 pieces, including a handy shot measure and strainer. Holds 16 oz. Imported.
The 16-ounce Metrokane Bullet cocktail shaker won't necessarily make people better bartenders, but it certainly helps them look the part. The art-deco-style Bullet is made of polished 18/8 stainless steel, with smooth lines and a gleaming surface that give any kitchen or den an air of sleek sophistication (think 007). Cocktail shakers work by reducing the alcohol's temperature in crushed ice without diluting the taste of the beverage. Bartenders merely pour their martinis, margaritas, or Manhattans out of the integral strainer and voila — an attractive, flavorful beverage that looks almost as good as the Bullet itself. The drip-free spout ensures a minimum of spilling, and the entire unit — which comes packaged in a clear gift box — is dishwasher-safe. — Rivers Janssen

- Shaken, not stirred
- I'm tired of cocktail shakers that leak. The Metrokane showed up in a couple reviews as non-leaky, so I gave it a try.
Verdict? Well, it's pretty good about not leaking, but this is not a five-star shaker. The big problem is that when you put the top on so you can give your ingredients a shake, even the lightest touch causes the thing More reviews
- Not as good as expected
- This shaker is okay... it looks great, thats for sure... Unfortunately if you shake it hard the "strainer" piece starts moving from the main piece and if your not careful they'll come apart and make a big mess...
5-stars for looks
2- starts for functionality More reviews
- It's Worth It
- Anyone who loves "shaken but not stirred" drinks has felt the frustrations of finding a good cocktail shaker. I've always wondered why manufactures even bothered making shakers. As all they do, is shake the drink all over the bar tender & then spill all over the counter! Well your troubles are OVER. Buy this shaker, More reviews
