Much better than I ever expected: I've had this smoker for about 6 months and these are my thoughts so far.
1. Salmon cooked in this smoker is unbelievably good. Without doubt the best fish I have ever tasted and if you cook nothing else in this unit it's worth the price for the salmon alone. Chicken, potatoes and ribs also great. More reviews
