- Nice roasts, dangerous build quality issues
- While this roaster works, it produces nice medium-dark roasts, and a good amount beans for a 1 or 2 coffee drinker household. It's a bit loud, but the relatively smokeless operation means you can run it anywhere that's fairly well ventilated.

- I have had my Z & D roaster since Christmas 2004. I had to send it back for warranty work within the first 6 months. They took care of everything, but I was out the roaster for the duration and of course the shipping expense. It just broke again yesterday and it is well out of the warranty period. - I've had the roaster 2 years. Have had to replace the glass chamber 3 times. The last chamber cracked after 2 roastings. Customer service said we don't cover the chambers, we won't help you.
