- Doubled the shipping charge to make up for low profit
- I was initially charged $8.73 shipping for a $10.89 order of three sets of strings. This is almost twice the Amazon advertised shipping rate. The company quickly agreed to refund $4.00 when contacted but the Instrument Co. is apparently willing to play fast and loose with shipping charges to make up $$$ on low profit items.
