- Automatically finds and sets a level line without any manual adjustments
- Projects a horizontal level and vertical(plumb) line across the room and onto the wall it faces
- Projected lines can be adjusted to intersect and create a square work area
- Projects level lines to take the guesswork out of getting your projects straight and level
- Eliminates need for chalk lines, carpenter levels or straight edges to mark a straight line
Crossfire Auto Leveling Laser With Projected Level Line, Plumb Line & Cross Hair, Laser Line Is Visible At 40' With Accuracy To 1/8" At 20', Includes Innovative Wall Mount System With Horizontal Surface Base & Can Be Attached To a 360 Degree Tripod.
Throw out your chalk lines and trash your plumb bobs—-Crossfire is all you'll need. Just place it where you need it and the Crossfire levels itself for accurate straight, level lines every time. It's spendier than Black & Decker's Sight-Line model, but you do get more for your money, and its "cool factor" is high. First, it levels itself automatically, eliminating the need to squint at bubble vials and ensuring accuracy, something we've never been fond of. But what distinguishes this laser is that it projects two lines at once—-one vertical, one horizontal—-and the position of each can be adjusted individually. So if you need a square work area, the smooth rack-and-pinion mechanism will let you create it easily. We think this is the perfect tool for laying floor tiles or hanging a suspended ceiling. Once you've got your hands on it, you'll find dozens of uses around the house. — Kris Jensen-Van Heste

- Shipped on time as promised. Took it to work (volunteer church construction) the next day. It is being used to install suspended ceiling. It can be hung on drywall with its unique pin device making it easy to layout the established height. I am very pleased with the product and its price. More reviews
- .Should have bought this a long time ago.
- Highly useful, highly accurate, and a professional tool. A real time saver also. Have used this tool frequently since I bought it. Sure beats the old fashioned carpenter's level. More reviews
- Good amateur's laser level
- Only 1 of the 2 lasers worked in the first unit I received in spite of the box being in good shape and the product well packaged. For the price, this is a very cool tool. The laser assembly hangs from the top of the housing which is how it autolevels. The laser lines spread perhaps 45 degrees wide. From 10', the horizontal line More reviews
- Cool tool...
- Works very well around the house. I've used it for hanging pictures and some shelves.
One note: it doesn't seem to screw into my tripods (as other reviewers have noted) - the screw isn't long enough. I have tripods with both a 3/8" and 1/4" threaded screw. This level is 1/4", so I picked up a Manfrotto 015 3/8-Inch Female to 1/4-Inch More reviews
- Broke within 30 minutes!
- The thing was broke within 30 minutes and feels like it was made with $2 of materials. More reviews
