- Good but not enough
- I had been an audiophile person since 1979. I hooked this system on a pioneer vsx 917. It was kinda of dreadfull. Then I hooked it up with a technics sae 303 w Built in parabolic equalizer still so so. Then I hooked it up with a sansui tube 300z. It was better. This speaker set is a home theater speaker. Not a stereo speaker. Lows as for movies and high are design for surround only. If you are going to use this as a movie only system then a 5.1 channel amp should do the trick. Don't expect it to produce good stereo sound because a good stereo repro must have at least a 10 inch woofer minimum. This set has a subwoofer with an 8 inch driver. You will not get much bass on it except highs from its miniature speakers. Perfect only for home theatre set up.

- Great for tv, movies and music
- I replaced a mis-matched 5.1 speaker set with this low priced matched set when I upgraded my DVD to BluRay. These speakers work very well. Highly recommended!

- Hey, great set of speakers.$241 at CC.I looked around quite a bit.They sounded better than the Bose that I looked at in the same price range.Hooked them up to an Onkyo 505,very nice.Get some good wire and you got a nice system.

- Fantastic Sound
- Installed the Polk RM6750 speaker system with an Onkyo SR-605 receiver and Onkyo 704 DVD changer. Awesome results!!! Would recommend this system for a 14X24 room in which it sounds WONDERFUL!!!

- I bought this set ($239), along with an Onkyo TX-SR705 ($550), and a set of Sony 3 way for front surround ($99), plus 6 sets of banana clips, all for under $1000 shipped!!!! It rivals my father's $4500 set up, you will not be disappointed in these, use them with a nice pair of towers in the front, and you have a dream system, 7.1 surround that handles HDMI upconverting AND the newest surround formats, with some surprisingly tight bass! For the price you can NOT go wrong. Order these components now and prepare to be amazed.
