- This ointment works great for clearing up eye infections; that nasty red eye with discharge that my dogs occasionally get. - I would highly recommend this product for eye allergy infections. All I know is that my vet is a @#*& and wouldn't give me a prescription for my 100 year old cocker spaniel without coming in, so I resorted to researching online.
