The perfect tool for pulling pork: I was so happy to find these! It's so easy now to pull a bbq pork butt - 10 minutes or less to finely shred a roast that started out at 8 lbs.
I park one in front of the meat, then use the other to reach through the tines of the first to pull the meat through. Shreds are sized perfectly.

Bear Claws Make Pulled Pork Easy: I like to cook pulled pork but find that it is tedious having to separate the meet with two forks.
