getting used to............: I guess since they are new absorption is slow.
Don't add bleach because the light brown towels that I bought turned pink.
Lucky for me it was just two and not the two sets that I bought.

Kitchen Towels Nonabsorbent: The purpose of a towel is to absorb water. These towels just glide over the water. They are advertised as "cotton." If these towels are cotton, they must have a Teflon coating.
