TEAC GF-350 Turntable / CD-Recorder
![]() | Average Customer Rating: Recommend The 1930's were an age of lost innocence with a redefinition of wealth as people struggled to survive the depression and public works projects launched civilization further into the 20th century. The rumbling beginnings that would lead to World War II were beyond the horizon of life in the USA. Music was the thing and swing was king on radio waves and records. Teac GF-350 Nostalgia Stereo System is reminiscent of that period Product details and pricing info |

- alittle dissappointed
- unless there is a way to take out all the hisses and ticks from your vinyl, the cd`s don`t sound good at all. Maybe we are spoiled from the digital world and downloads from the internet that sound better but I think this machine is outdated..Pat

- A lot to be desired
- This product tends to overheat or something. I was lucky to get one LP album recorded to CD before it froze up. Generally, I would have to wait for a 1/2 hour or so before trying to record again.
When I first set the product up to play the eject button would not work. And then, all of a sudden, it began working.
I sent the product back and ordered a replacement. As of today, the product is still enroute via UPS from New Jersey. If I encounter the same problems again I will request a refund and buy a different product locally. - 2008-04-05, 0 of 0 people found this review helpful, Rated:
- Is it really worth it?
- Unless you're computer challenged, this product isn't necessary. If you have records, one can assume that you already have a turntable, right? Well all you need to do is get an RCA plug (left and right) to 3.5 mm Y adapter, and plug it into your computer's microphone jack. Then, download some free recording software (audacity), and you've got more than this turntable could ever offer you; with noise filtering, bass boost, and quite a few other widgets. If you can't operate a computer, or don't own one, then you're obviously going to be better suited with this. I bought this by the way, and it's very cheaply made, with mediocre sound quality that probably isn't as good as your existing turntable with a new needle.
