- Best salad spinner I've ever had
- I first experienced this spinner at a friends house when I was making a salad for our dinner party. I was impressed with the fact that it spun ALL of the water off of the lettuce. And it was easy to use. It seems that most of the salad spinners I've had, there's an awkward position you have to get into with your body over it to hold the thing steady. Not this one. It's easy to use. The pull-string is an ingenious invention. And I love the color selection! I bought the red one.

- Have used it only a few times, but works like a charm. Able to collect and wash items from the garden in the inner basket.

- Great spinner
- I didn't realize how lousy my prior salad spinner was 'til I got this one. Works like a charm! Be careful you don't wear out the pull cord tho -- mine is getting frayed already, and I'm not sure it's replaceable.

- Dry a whole bag of greens in a matter of seconds!
- This spinner was purchased to replace my small OXO brand spinner - and I have to say this one is much better!! The OXO brand used a 'pump' type action to move the spinner, which was a pain. This model with the cord works so much better! It is very smooth and the handle is large enough to get a good grip on it when pulling. It gets excellent speed and really gets the greens nice and dry. It also quite large - I've done an entire bag of mixed greens in it at once with no problem.

- Salad essential
- I am very dependent on my salad spinner. Since it is salad season I use mine everyday and love it. Cooks Illustrated recommends this spinner and I trust them for any kitchen gadget I ever need.
