Wish the lid fit better & Ceramic insert wasn't warped: I bought my All Clad slow cooker to match the rest of my All Clad cookware (MC2). The point of my review is that I wish that the insert was not warped, which causes the lid to fit incorrectly. Actually when the lid is placed on a flat surface you can see where it too is warped. Expensive but beautiful!: I've had a few "slow cookers" in the past, but frankly seldom used them and ultimately ended up getting rid of them because they were either too small for large meals (and leftovers----the most important benefit of this type of cooking!) and also because they were so often unattractive. Best Ever!: I bought three different "crock pots" thinking it was ridiculous to pay this much for a slow cooker - all three cooked too quickly, kept warm at uneven temps, and the crockery insert cracked within a year.
