GREAT customer service!!: This trampoline has been great for my 6 year old!
After having it a year the bungee cord busted. My son is special needs & was not very rough with the product, but I admit I did not do regular checks to make sure there wasn't any slack (like it recommends).
So the best advice...check the bungee's frequently!
