- Paper jams
- We have had ours for over three months and have been on the phone with technical support numerous times. Main problem we have is the paper feed, it doesn't perform well. Compared to our HP it is a lightweight and plasticy. We'd like to return it and it's too late. We will stick with HP next time.… More reviews

- This fax machine has been a great upgrade from the 2800 model we had in the office. The output "tray" is a much better design, it actually holds the incoming faxes in that spot, versus the incoming pages flying out of the machine. Overall, we're all very satisfied with this purchase. More reviews

- This is my second brother laser fax machine; I replaced the first after 5+ years to get the 33.6 increased speed, not because it wore out (or broke). I have had it over 13 months and remain glad I upgraded; it's fast enough both in and out (just saw the review complaining about this when I came to Amazon to buy toner). - We bought this fax machine on the basis of the reviews above. We are certainly not very happy with it, compared to our HP old inkjet fax which finally bit the dust.
