What an expensive rip off. Works great for about 25 bottles, then its time to replace the supplied worm screw, after that loses its teflon coating you go to the Metrokane web site and find a replacement for $10 plus shipping and if your lucky you may get a replacement in two or three weeks. Don't bother with an email to their customer service, as it obviously does not exist, no answer to questions. Stick with the $20 knock offs. - Amazing Product
- The Rabbit is, in my opinion, the best corkscrew out there. It's simple and elegant, but more than anything very effective. I sent this to my girlfriends Mother and she loves it.

- Works pretty darn well.
- For the most part works pretty well. Sometime there are funny shaped wine bottles that it doesn't fit quite right.

- Poorly designed, Useless warranty
- If the cork is at all stuck, this devive completely fails.
Worse yet, the device broke after 6 months' use. They wanted me to pay for return shipping and send them $10 in order to get a replacement.

- Used for 18 months, NO PROBLEMS
- Includes a 10 year guanantee and even comes with an extra corkscrew, stored in the storage case! You might have to look hard to find it! Haven't needed to change it yet as it has worked perfectly since 2/2006!
