Garmin Nuvi 350 does everything you need
I've tried a few different GPS devices and none of them had text-to-speech, which when you are in unfamiliar areas is fantastic. The only failing is the keys are a bit too small for my hand.
Used it for a 2.5 day trip from California to Washington and it performed great even gave better directions out of Portland than the bell hops!

I bought this GPS because I was going on a trip to California. It was really great.

Great value, works beautifully!
Garmin was the only brand I would consider for a GPS based on their reviews. I settled on this one because it has spoken street names. You won't need all the other bells and whistles like traffic updates, which you have to pay a monthly fee to use, or Bluetooth, etc. Nice big screen with bright display. Very easy user interface.

Great inexpensive GPS!
I bought this GPS for my wife since she does deliveries for our business. Not being very technologically savy I was concerned about her not being able to set it up and use it to its fullest potential, but I was pleasantly mistaken to find that only after 15 minutes out of the box she had it all set up and was entering in addresses for some our long distance customers that can be tricky to find. The GPS works great! It is easy to set up and operate, and the visual and audio directions are easy to understand while driving, and best of all, if you miss a turn or encounter a detour for whatever reason, the GPS recalculates the new route instantly. It is without a doubt a worthwhile investment just for the safety and peace of mind it brings me alone. Now I know exactly what to get my two oldest kids for their cars for Christmas......A Garmin nuvi 350 GPS!

Garmin, it not not such good navigator in aspect of price.
I bought this one sometime last month from amazon.com and
found it is not that much good thing, for example, you have to
spell name of cities each time you enter address for navigation,
it's very inconvenient and it also takes so long,
sometimes 30 or 40 minutes to get connected to the satellite.
in addition to these things, there are frequent lost signals
while driving on it.
However, you don't need to spend big money on this stuff,
I don't recommend you to purchase this item.
