- I purchase Mavis Beacon teaches typing for my grandaughter as she was so behind in school in the computer class. It seems to be helping her. And then I thought it would help my husband to learn the computer too.

- Good but not Perfect
- I thought that in my thirties, after years of using 4-fingers to type, I would never really be able to learn the proper form for touch typing. This is a terrific program; I went from 7 words per minute to 40 words in 1 week. The problem with the program is that once you get to the "advanced" level it has a limited number of passages which it keeps repeating. Also the program does not include a series of tips for common weaknesses (using the pinkie, for example). It is very good at getting beginner's to become medicore typists but not so good at getting a mediocre typist to the next level. In my case become mediocre was a big leap, esp in just 7 days, so I give it 4 stars.

- Great Program: Must Buy For All Ages
- This typing program is the best I have ever used. I have been trying many typing games to learn how to type and this is the only one that has worked. I am now 11 and can type with ease. I recommend this for all ages.

- I order this product for my mom to brush up on her typing skills and my whole family uses it. They have fun playing the games they dont think of it as a typing lesson. I even use it to brush up on my speed. Mavis Beacon typying tutor is wondeful and everybody loves and its for all ages.
